Mentorship
The mentorship is designed for key individuals in leadership-adjacent roles where responsibility, pace, and expectations are consistently high — including Executive Assistants and other pivotal support or coordination functions close to executive leadership.
In these positions, one often carries more than what is visible on the surface — relationships, priorities, informal structures, and much of what keeps the organisation functioning day-to-day. The mentorship creates a professional space for reflection, clarity, and development, without immediate pressure to perform or deliver.
The focus is on strengthening confidence in the role, clarifying mandate, and building structures that remain stable even under pressure. The work is tailored to the individual and their context, and may include everything from prioritisation and communication to boundary-setting, stakeholder relationships, and professional presence.
The mentorship is discreet, personal, and always grounded in the participant’s real-world environment. The objective is long-term sustainability, clarity, and a secure sense of ownership in the role.
